I decided to ask Friedberg to moderate this week so I could shoot some threes… let me know how we did (reply comes to me, yes!).
I will probably go back to the moderator seat next week for the good of the show, but boy, is it MUCH easier to be a panelist!
All In Summit 2023
The All In Summit is about to sell out; only VIP tickets remain (like maybe 100). Again, Friedberg and his team are running the show this year (I’m just planning the parties) and doing a great job.
This year is 1,800 attendees (last year was 750).
I’m looking for a) party planners in Los Angles (who work on a flat rate) and b) locations that are within a 30-minute drive of UCLA. If you have any ideas, please hit reply! We need a space for 1,700 folks… which will limit locations.
All In Summit 2024
We plan on doing a MUCH larger show, so more fans can go. We’re thinking about a theater (5,000 seats) or an arena like Chase Center here in SF or MSG in NYC (where we might use half the arena for the show for 7,000 folks).

Every quarter my investment firm (LAUNCH) hosts a 12-week remote course for founders who want help building their MVP. ~250 founders come to each session, and 94% graduate.
We invest $25,000 in the top ~10% of graduates as their first investor.
